“Located in New Damietta along Egypt’s northern coastline, Hawabay Resort is a contemporary residential and hospitality destination developed by Misk Development. The project is designed as a fully integrated coastal community, combining mid-rise residential buildings with curated landscape, water features, and direct beachfront access.
The design concept is inspired by the Jacaranda tree, reflected in the landscape strategy through soft purple accents and seasonal color variation that add a distinctive visual identity to the development. This natural influence is paired with an architectural approach that blends classic proportions with modern detailing—creating a balanced aesthetic that feels both timeless and contemporary.
The masterplan prioritizes walkability and spatial flow, organizing the development around central recreational zones, pools, and green corridors that connect the different clusters. From elevated balconies overlooking water features to expansive beachfront views, the project captures a lifestyle centered on relaxation, community, and connection to nature.”
