“Commissioned as part of a high-end residential vision on Jumeirah Bay Island, the project was developed to capture the essence of resort-style living within a private residential setting. The client’s ambition was to create a destination that feels both intimate and expansive—where residents can experience moments of stillness while remaining visually connected to the energy of Dubai.
The design approach focused on framing lifestyle moments: early morning light over the water, quiet terrace evenings, and uninterrupted views toward the city skyline. Particular attention was given to landscape integration, ensuring that greenery, shaded areas, and beachfront access enhance the overall spatial experience.
