“The project was commissioned as part of a new coastal vision aimed at redefining residential living on Egypt’s North Coast. The client’s ambition was to create a development that stands out visually while remaining deeply connected to its natural surroundings.
Our design direction was centered around the contrast between solidity and softness—introducing natural stone as a grounding element, paired with light-toned plastered volumes to achieve a clean, contemporary expression. This was further enhanced through a tropical landscape strategy, creating a layered environment that adds depth, shade, and a distinct resort identity.
The intention was to evoke a hybrid coastal experience—combining the relaxed, minimal character of the Mediterranean with the lush, immersive atmosphere often found in Red Sea resorts. Every element, from material selection to spatial composition, was developed to reinforce this balance.
The result is a cohesive architectural language that feels both contextual and distinctive, positioning the project as a refined yet approachable coastal destination.”
